PressPerCent Pro is a powerful and versatile ink key preset utility that supports job formats for multiple press types and models, performs total ink calculations, displays spot colors, automates job processing and provides flexible press configurations.

Ink key presets

With PressPerCent Pro, you can calculate the area under the picture on the printing plate for each ink zone of the press. User-definable calibration curves for specific press models or various ink and paper combinations and ink zone/ink channel settings used by the press can easily modify the results provided. You can also display, print or export settings to different file formats.

Press operators will be happy to know that these settings can be used to preset ink keys on the press console each time a job changes. As a result, you can easily improve your makeready time and significantly reduce ink and paper waste.

Area Coverage Calculator

By using PressPerCent Pro, you can calculate the coverage of individual areas as well as the coverage of the entire plate area. Therefore, you can evaluate the ink values ​​required for the print job.

Best of all, PressPerCent Pro is able to calculate the maximum total ink value per sheet for the current job and display a total ink warning based on your size settings.

Support for exporting plugins

Thanks to the export plugin system, PressPerCent Pro has support for a large number of press models. In other words, you can add support for printing presses using various optional plugin sets. Additionally, PressPerCent Pro provides support for PostScript, PDF, PPF and TIFF file formats for incoming jobs.
