Many applications offer limited export functionality, which can be frustrating when you want to save a file, copy content to the clipboard, or open something in another application. However, if they use the system share feature, additional features can be added to them through the Share menu.
shared New commands have been added that can be accessed from any application that uses the standard macOS share functionality. These will allow you to save files anywhere, copy them to the clipboard, or open them in another application.
Install the app and enable the required extensions
The app lacks the classic UI, but it doesn’t need to. Once installed, open System Preferences and check the features you want to see in the Sharing menu. For the “Save As” function, you can also define a default directory if required. Otherwise, you will be asked for your preferred location each time.

Since Shareful doesn’t actually require running a new command to use it, it has absolutely no resource impact, and you can avoid cluttering up your share menu by selecting only the options you find useful.
Additional functionality in the share menu of most apps
Once the new command is configured, any application that integrates the macOS share button will provide access to the selected functionality. Being able to save or copy files can be helpful in many situations, especially if the associated application lacks these options.
In many cases, simply accessing these commands quickly from the Share menu proves helpful, even if the app already has these features built in.
