The Wavebox utility relies on tabs to provide quick access to each configuration service and works with almost any web page.

Manage multiple email accounts and online communication tools

To access the main Wavebox window, you’ll need to configure an email account (the app supports Gmail, Google Inbox, Outlook, and Office 365), provide your Trello or Slack, or connect directly to any website.

You can add other accounts later and Wavebox will organize everything in the left or top sidebar. Note that Wavebox can also activate other Google services if you are connected to a Gmail account: Calendar, Hangouts, Contacts, Keep, Photos or Drive.

For convenience, Wavebox can display a badge with an unread count for each email account, and you can decide what type of inbox you want to monitor. Additionally, the utility can display notifications.

Follow multiple communication channels via the status bar

To avoid keeping Wavebox open all the time, you can monitor the status of your accounts and quickly detect which ones need your attention via the accompanying status bar menu.

The Wavebox status bar icon will show the unread count for all connected services, while the menu allows you to jump to the corresponding channel instantly. So no matter how many accounts you have configured, you will know when something is going on.

Use a single app for all your online communication needs and declutter your desktop

Instead of relying on multiple desktop applications to manage your email accounts, organize your projects, or communicate with your team, you can connect to all of these online services within the Wavebox app.

Aside from the services it supports by default, Wavebox works with almost any website, so you can keep every web page related to your project under one roof, so you don’t even have to go back and forth in your browser.
