Outlook 2019 is an email program developed by Microsoft. Outlook for Windows is a part Microsoft 365 luxury (formerly known as Office 365) but you can download it yourself. This email client communication program makes it easy for you to view, store and organize all your messages. The program also took a cue from another Microsoft 365 program, Word. Outlook can now read your messages aloud to help you understand the message you receive.

The program will read your messages for you to do other tasks while you listen. This is not a default feature, so you will need to check the Show Reading Aloud tool in the accessibility settings. you also can track appointments, appointments and other tasks even if your colleague is in another country. Outlook allows you to add multiple time zones to your calendar so you can see what time of day it is in their area and see what time they are available for a meeting. After you submit a meeting request, you’ll see who agrees or disagrees with the time slot or hasn’t responded yet. Any reminders you set will appear above the windows you are working in.
