The civilization of Sid Meier VI There are plans to receive more DLC than a person might need, with a new season pass, called the New Frontier Pass, to be announced this week.
A developer update video has been shared (see above) to give you an idea of what to expect, but we also have all the details below. The New Frontier Pass is expected to add six premium plugin packs over the next year, adding eight new civilizations, nine new leaders and a variety of new game content to the game in the process.
The packages should be published every two months from May 2020:
- Package 1: Maya and Gran Colombia Pack. Add two new civilizations and leaders, a new game mode *, new city-states, resources and natural wonders. Available in May 2020.
- Package # 2: Ethiopia pack. Add a new civilization and a new leader, a new game mode **, a new district and two new buildings. Available in July 2020.
- Package no. ° 3: Add two new civilizations and leaders, a new game mode **, new wonders of the world and a new map. Available in September 2020.
- Package no. ° 4: Add a new civilization and a new leader, a new game mode, new city-states and many new great people. Available in November 2020.
- Package # 5: Add a new civilization and two new chiefs ***, a new game mode, a new district and two new buildings. Available in January 2021.
- Package # 6: Add a new civilization and a new leader, a new game mode, new wonders of the world and a new map. Available in March 2021.
However, that's not all, as six additional free updates are also in the works. These updates are configured to include balance changes and free content, among other surprises, so be sure to keep an eye out for those among all of the DLC versions mentioned above.
