A non-binding Take-Two proposal has been submitted to Codemasters to acquire the entire business, according to Street Insider
The deal is reportedly worth £ 740million, but it’s unclear how much the company will pay Codemasters, or even if a deal will be finalized right away because, again, these are just conversations.
Codemasters are known for their racing titles and own the rights to games like F1, Colin McRae, Grid and Dirt.
The latest launch of the company, Dirt 5, released on November 3. If you are planning to buy it, be sure to read our review in advance.
