I am not talking about the real world of the game, although it is beautiful too! But in this case, a special hand-drawn map that has been ordered has been included in the physical edition of the game and is now available for sale on its own as fantastic large print.
Realized by Goldie Bartlett—I am currently working on Rebellious strand: The image was designed to remind classic picture cards
, focusing on good looks rather than being a handy in-game tool (not exactly 1: 1, for example, but who needs a card in this game?).
This emphasis means that the perspective of the world has been skewed in some places, so that we can see things that would otherwise be obscured if it was just a giant screenshot. Like the roads, for example, which are all visible on this map at once, as Bartlett puts it “so that someone could potentially like to trace the Path of Chaos Goosely with the tip of their finger …”
To help put it all together, the developers at House House provided Bartlett with a special custom version of the game that showed the entire city sprawling out at once, as if it was originally the building simulator. cutest village imaginable:

Go back to the illustration of the card itself and look at these inks. Glorious. And yes, a coloring book would be very Welcome.
Then the map was hand painted and here is the finished product:

Like I said, this was originally offered as a part of the game, but it’s now also available in huge and very elegant art print if that’s more your style.
