The new MK11: Aftermath game trailer was recently released online, with images of the next playable characters Fujin, Sheeva and RoboCop.
The goal of the MK11: Aftermath trailer is to highlight the three new characters who will join the list when the Aftermath expansion is available for download on May 26. You can see the full trailer below.

The trailer showcases all of the blood, guts and blood you've come to expect from MK11, and gives fans a taste of the skills and visual styles of the three new characters in action.
Sheeva is a four-armed dragon queen murderer who can shoot fireballs from her hands. Fujin is a skilled swordsman whose wind-based blast attacks resemble Avatar air traffic control. RoboCop is RoboCop, and will debut Mortal Kombat in Aftermath. He has an arsenal covering Iron Man missiles, a huge metal shield, and a knife that resembles the hidden blade of Assassin’s Creed, who recently confirmed his return to Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. RoboCop really stabs Joker with this sword in the trailer, before removing his hand for additional style points.
The MK11: Aftermath expansion will launch on May 26, when the three new playable fighters will be available to expansion holders.
The trailer also features four new scenes and a range of new unique death scenes, which will be available for free when the MK11: Aftermath expansion is launched.
In related news, although it has recently been confirmed that EVO 2020 will go live as a result of COVID-19, Mortal Kombat will not be on rotation this year. NetherRealm, developer of the Mortal Kombat series, also canceled a series of Mortal Kombat tournaments at the last minute of March.
In a slightly more absurd version of the contemporary Mortal Kombat, UFC chief Dana White recently announced what is essentially an actual Mortal Kombat tournament.
