Google started to implement a new multicolored icon for the Google Pay app.
A frame of Google noted on Twitter that the new icon is meant to reflect recent changes to the app. He added that IconsLike products, they must evolve. Google had recently introduced new icons for many of its apps and services, including Gmail and Google Workspace products
