Moving Is a cloud-based customer relationship manager, promises to help you increase productivity and effectively track your sales, send invoices, handle contacts, customers and meetings.

Built-in cloud storage backup, which can be safely synchronized between multiple platforms and devices

Your In-Mobility account will be automatically backed up once an hour, and you can synchronize data between Mac, iOS and Android devices. In addition, your transmission is encrypted via SSL, which ensures the security of your traffic.

From the main window of In-Mobility, you can easily create invoices, move orders, and personalize your documents with your information and logo. With the dashboard tab, you can track unpaid invoices, current events, opportunities and tasks, as well as the calls you need to make and the meetings you need to attend.

Built-in agenda and contact list for simpler custom relationship management

All your sales are displayed by category, and you can also view sales performance for different time periods and view your top customers. At the same time, the Agenda tab helps you view upcoming meetings, events, and tasks in a monthly, weekly, or daily view.

The Contact tab helps you manage and edit your accounts, contacts, and prospects. You can monitor and track all your activities, check their completion levels and deadlines. Therefore, you can view scheduled calls, appointments, opportunities and even events.

Cross-platform CRM utility with additional billing functions

In-Mobility also enables you to create personalized quotes and orders for each account, which can be converted into invoices with just a few mouse clicks. Another useful feature is the Credit Memo feature, which can help you create returns, rebates, deductions or tax refund notes for your customers.

Unfortunately, although In-Mobility allows you to handle multiple contacts, it does not allow you to import your address book from Apple’s contacts app. Most importantly, In-Mobility can sometimes be unresponsive and counter-intuitive when saving new entries.
