CometBird is a very useful yet extremely simple browser. Basically, it’s an improved Firefox with many of the features and add-ons you’ll find in Firefox. It was developed by James Scholes, a Mozilla contributor and tester. This is a great tool for browsing the web and downloading different snippets for Firefox.

The most important part of CometBird is the simple user interface. When I installed it, I immediately noticed that the icons for my favorites are arranged in an unusual way, so that they are easy to find. In addition, the “Add” button for programs is much easier to use than before. Both Firefox and CometBird could run side-by-side without issue. But it would be difficult to compare the ease of use of these two browsers because they both share the same basic design.

CometBird has a lot of nice features like built-in Google bookmarks, Linux desktop support, and automatic redirection when you follow links. Like Firefox, it also offers many add-ons, such as an excellent and powerful bookmarking tool that allows you to organize your bookmarks into different folders and tags. However, it differs from Firefox in that it is not built into the Windows registry. The built-in Windows registry makes it easy for other programs to access your data. In fact, Firefox has the ability to back up its data in case something goes wrong, but CometBird doesn’t.
