Total Validator Basic is an easy to use and convenient desktop version of the online Total Validator service.

Moreover, the Total Validator Basic cross-platform utility provides True HTML validation against the W3C Markup Specifications or ISO/IEC definition using the published DTDs (2.0, 3.2, 4.0, 4.01, ISO/IEC, XHTML 1.0 and 1.1).

Total Validator Basic features a parser designed from the ground up to help you rapidly and effortlessly validate the basic construction of your pages with the best possible HTML validation engine against W3C’s specifications.

Additionally, Total Validator Basic offers accessibility validation against the W3C WAI Accessibility Guidelines and US Section 508 Standard.

Furthermore, it needs to be mentioned that Total Validator Basic will also make it possible to check each page for broken link errors, as well as spell check the content of all website pages using English, German, French, Italian, and Spanish dictionaries.
