Contacts: we can configure the privacy of all contacts at the same time. Below we explain what we can configure for each chat.
Groups: we can configure the privacy of all groups at the same time. Here we will explain what we can configure for each chat.
Broadcasts: we can set the privacy of our broadcast messages. Here we can configure: Hide blue checkmarks, Hide second checkmark and Hide blue microphone.
In the Privacy options of Contacts and Groups we can configure the following options:

Hide blue ticks: It will not show blue ticks to our contacts when we read their messages.
