Red Eclipse is a first-person shooter similar to Quake 3 Arena and Unreal Tournament, where you must engage in incredibly frenetic combat in closed scenarios against human enemies and AI controllers.

The game allows you to perform different types of special maneuvers during confrontations such as super jumping, flying with a jetpack, wall running while moving very fast, and fast sliding. All this while trying to kill the rest of the players with one of the many weapons available…you can find a sword in it.

In addition to the default scenarios reminiscent of those already seen in the titles above, Red Eclipse includes a level editor that allows you to create your own battle arenas. In this way, you can even recreate some of the most mythical scenarios of other shooters.

Red Eclipse is a very fun game that, despite its somewhat outdated graphics, offers a very enjoyable experience for all lovers of first-person shooters. And best of all, it’s free.
