WinExt is a taskbar for Windows that gives you instant access to programs, folders, or documents on your computer.

The WinExt bar can be placed in the most comfortable location, both at the top and bottom of your desktop. By default, WinExt allows you to access My Documents folders, Desktop Items, and My Computer, but you can add rules to access any system folder.
