Mississippi Mobile ID – Apps on Google Play

With layers of security and privacy controls, Mississippi Mobile ID is a convenient, contactless way to verify your identity from your phone.

Mississippi Mobile ID allows you to control what information you transfer during a transaction. For example, when purchasing items with an age limit, the app can confirm that you have reached the age of majority without giving your date or address of birth.

Intuitive and easy to use, Mobile ID is unlocked with a Selfie Match to verify your identity, or with a self-selected PIN or TouchID / FaceID, so your personal information is always protected.

In five easy steps, you can register your mID in Mississippi:

1. Download the app and set permissions.
2. Confirm access to your phone number.
3.Use the camera on your device to scan the front and back of your driver’s license or ID card.
4. Follow the in-app registration instructions to take a selfie.
5. Configure application security and you’re done!

Please Note: Mississippi Mobile ID is considered an official state-issued ID and is in addition to your physical ID. Keep carrying your physical ID with you because not all organizations can verify mID yet.
