WinBox for PC was specially developed to control and manage MikroTik routers. You can configure the MikroTik routers flawlessly while providing a functional layout with user-friendly features and capabilities like a normal web router console. Connect your network securely, distribute bandwidth and assign permissions to every PC in the LAN.

Start process

1. Use an ethernet cable to connect the PC to the router.

3. Run the Win-Box and click the (…) button.
4. The Winbox tool shows the MAC address by finding your router.
5. In the scan window, click MAC Address, which will load the MAC address into the text box.
6. Click the “Connect” button and wait for the Winbox to load.

Intuitive interface

The minimalist and uncomplicated user interface with all the functions of a web-based router console. The functions are on the left and you can view the queue traffic and the rules of firewalls through a graph. You must also log out of the console in order to connect the router via the WinBox.

Easy configuration

Use the software as a real-time verification tool that allows you to check out and review the rules for queuing traffic from firewalls. Just use the drag-and-drop option to download and upload files using a router.

Support IPv6 server

The program supports IPv6 connectivity. To connect IPv6 addresses to routers, you should put them in square brackets. A couple of entries are used to enable each IPv6 -— IPv4 address and the other is with IPv6 link-local address.
