Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić recently announced a vaccination program in Kosovo without consulting the leadership in Pristina. Authorities have called it illegal and residents are very confused, Deutsche Welle reports. Vučić said the first to receive the vaccine in Kosovo would be Serbs over 75, followed by everyone else. It was not known which vaccine the Serbian president was talking about.
