Gameloft’s Asphalt racing series has unveiled the eighth game in the series, Airborne. He does not develop the name in a new direction, but improves the old one. This is a free to play game with semi-realistic but amazing graphics. It even boasts spectacular race tracks.

Gameplay

Overall, you will get unrealistic graphics since this is an arcade game. However, they have improved the design compared to the last game. In addition, the choice of available cars is huge, with over 47 and nine new race tracks around the world.

It doesn’t have an open world like NFS, but Asphalt 8: Airborne makes up for it with a variety of game modes. This includes career and fast race setup with inclusions. Unfortunately, you will have to pay to keep playing, otherwise the pavement will get dirty.

Improvements

Of course, multiplayer has remained constant in the series; however, Gameloft has added trampolines that players can use to perform amazing tricks. Compared to previous editions, design elements have been improved.

Another aspect that has finally stabilized is the controls. Finally, you can play offline, which makes it different from all other iterations of the series, such as number 7.

Other racing games

Need for Speed ​​has long been one of the most important gaming series and rivals Asphalt. This provides the epic car chase experience that peaked with NFS: Most Wanted. Their rival game Need for Speed: Heat feels more realistic and polished than Airborne.

Asphalt 7 is inferior to 8 as the game had some crash improvements. The differences between Airborne and Legends, the ninth Asphalt, are not that big. Gameloft has made tweaks to the settings and improved the look and feel while continuing to support both games.
