The official app of Yakiniku King allows you to easily make seat reservations and offers benefits such as the “Yakiniku Police Handbook” which grants perks based on the number of visits, and coupons that can be received by registering your birthday.

Coupons:

• You can use a birthday coupon by registering your birthday.
• As your rank increases based on the number of visits in the Yakiniku Police Handbook, you can use rank-based coupons.
• You can always find great coupons, such as various campaigns, in the app.

Yakiniku Police Handbook:

• Your rank increases based on the number of visits, and you’ll receive coupons and exclusive Yakiniku King items according to your rank. (Note: There are 10 ranks in total, from Patrol Officer to Commissioner General.)
• Your rank will be reflected in the Yakiniku Police Handbook within 1-2 days after each visit that amounts to ¥820 or more (tax included).
• Visits made with separate payments will not count towards the visit count for the same Yakiniku Police Handbook account.
• You can check the visit count ranking in the app.

Reservations via the app:

• After registering as a member, you can use the reservation function in the app.
• If you enable location settings, you will see nearby stores and the number of people waiting for reservations on the home screen, allowing you to make reservations.
• You can check the reservation status within the app.

How to make a reservation via the app:

If you want to make an immediate reservation:

1. From the “Reservation/Waiting List” on the home screen, you will be directed to the store search screen.
2. Select the store you want to make a reservation at and press the “Reservation” button.
3. At the bottom of the store details, enter the number of people and mobile number in the “Immediate Reservation” section, then press the “Next” button to confirm your reservation.
4. If the “Immediate Reservation” button is not available, it means that the store is not accepting waiting list at the moment. Please check the operating hours and visit the store directly.
5. If you wish to cancel your reservation, you can do so from the reservation status.

If you want to make a reservation for a specific date:

1. From the “Reservation/Waiting List” on the home screen, you will be directed to the store search screen.
2. Select the store where you want to make a reservation and press the “Details” button.
3. At the bottom of the store details, enter the date, time, number of people, mobile number, and name in the “Date-specific Reservation” section, then press the “Next” button to confirm your reservation.
4. Hidden time slots are either outside of reservation hours or are fully booked.
5. If you wish to cancel your reservation, you can do so from the reservation status.

Membership Registration:

• You can register as a member using your LINE ID or email address.
• If you forget your password, you can reset it by selecting “Forgot Password?” (Please ensure that you can receive emails from [email protected].)
