Express Scribe has a simple and user-oriented interface that provides instant access to a variety of tools and controls. So you can adjust playback speed, control multiple channels, manage files and even play video files all within a single application window.

From the top toolbar, you can sync files via FTP connection, load and delete dictation files, transfer recordings from various devices, enable mini mode and share your work via email.

By accessing the File menu, you also have the option to export notes, attach files, and use special audio processing tools to remove background noise, increase volume, and apply high-pass filters.

Change playback speed and add or remove bookmarks

The bottom panel makes it easy to play, pause, fast forward and rewind media files, and adjust playback speed and volume. You can choose to hide or show video content, annotation windows, and channel controls through the View menu.

Express Scribe helps you insert or copy the current time, duration, and sender’s name, email, and details to your clipboard. Additionally, the Bookmarks window allows setting bookmarks, jumping from one bookmark to the next, and opening a list of bookmarks.

With the word/line counter you can see the number of characters written per line, the total number of characters, the number of words and the number of lines and recalculate the values ​​with just a click of the mouse button.
