On the phone, users have the ability to:

• Create a detailed multi-day training cycle with several training units per day.
• Choose from a growing database of official WODs from the CrossFit community or create custom WODs.
• Access official instructional videos for each exercise and track progress in a detailed log section.
• See heart rate, distance, calories burned and activity ring contributions through full HealthKit integration.

With the watch and phone combined, users can:

• Perform various exercises such as WOD, strength couplets with timed rest periods, classic strength training (singlet) and interval running.

A 7-day free trial is available for testing purposes. Subscription activation options include monthly, 3-month, 6-month or annual periods.

By subscribing, users get:

• Access to the entire training database.
• The ability to create an unlimited number of custom WODs.
• Options for selecting ladder and pyramid interval runs.

The payment will be charged to the iTunes account upon confirmation of the subscription. Subscription renewal is automatic unless turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Users can manage subscriptions and renewal settings in their account settings after purchase. The unused portion of free trials will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.
