DIN is noise is a fun and lightweight piece of software designed to give you an easy way to create and record your own music, even with limited knowledge in the field.

Simple and intuitive to use

The application displays a user-friendly look, similar to an analog synthesizer from the 50s, allowing you to use it with keyboard and mouse operation.

The main window enables you to configure its functional “parameters”, in particular “Voice”, “Attack Time”, “Decay Time”, “Pitch Bend”, “Waveform” and “Octave Shift”.

Set up your synthesizer and start creating music from scratch

From the right-click menu in DIN Is Noise you can choose the “instrument” you want to use, your options are “microphonic keyboard” and “keyboard keyboard”, the latter allowing you to make music simply by pressing the various buttons on your computer keyboard.

The Editor section of the utility enables you to adjust Attack, Decay, MIDI Speed, Compressor and other functions by modifying the corresponding graphics to your preferred shape. From the File tab, you can decide where to save the captured WAV file.

After configuring DIN Is Noise, you can click the “Record” button and start listening to the music you’ve created, saving it to an audio file at the same time. Buttons and their corresponding annotations are displayed in the lower portion of the window, so you can easily identify which button to press. Your keystrokes cause random-colored blocks to appear on the screen, and as the sound fades, the blocks shrink in size.
