To get started quickly, you can set a general timer. Any apps you haven’t interacted with after this time will be hidden. In the Advanced tab, you can configure individual settings for each app, and you can also choose to turn them off instead of hiding them.

Once everything is set up, the app will continue to run in the background and you can access it anytime from the menu bar. It’s a small, minimally resource-intensive application that starts automatically at login.
