True, if you need to create complex and rich animations that will appeal to a multimedia-over-the-top public, Adobe Animate is the right tool for the job. Still, you should keep in mind that this is a powerful program with a steep learning curve, so you may not immediately pick up on details or small perks that will be reflected in your animations.
