Create an account to keep your information safe

It is recommended that you create a new account for the first start to keep all information safe. You can choose to use the sample database to quickly become familiar with this set of features, or start from scratch by adding all the data manually. Sooner or later you will need to fill in all the details yourself.

It’s a good idea to visit the Settings section first to fill in the institution’s default details, such as name and contact details, including logo. This especially comes in handy if you want to print official data later so that everything is in order. These details can be changed at any time.

Manage students and courses

The main menu provides quick access to all categories of applications, such as students, majors, staff, timesheets, accounting and reporting. Much of your initial work is focused on the first four categories. But don’t worry, the entire process of adding information is intuitive and requires clear fields to fill out.

Students are displayed in card-like items, showing information summaries and profile pictures. You can search for specific students and apply filters for candidates and be admitted. The entire form can be printed, and adding a new student simply fills in the appropriate details, an auto-generated student ID, and an optional picture.

As far as the major category is concerned, it is the place to fill in all course related data. Entire categories can be managed, while new tracks require valid names, codes, study systems, number of semesters, cycles, diplomats, and minimum and maximum grades.

Add employee details, create timesheets and generate reports

The employee category is similar to the student category, but it deals with teachers. They are managed in a similar pattern but structured by categories. Adding new items and editing is performed in an intuitive window, just like editing students, and the staff page takes you through attendance, scheduling, salary, and accounts.

Everything is placed in the timetable section. In the long run, you can build courses and assessments here. Information can also be organized in groups.

Accounting is where money management comes in. It allows you to view tuition, salary and cash registrations. The search field lets you find individuals manually, but individuals can be selected in the side panel to view and manage information such as salary and salaries.

The reporting section is your overview of tuition, salary, expenses, income and net. A neat graph shows several time periods, but no export function.
