Synchronize with Google’s services for centralized management of daily activities

To simplify operations, Moo.do connects to the user’s personal Google account and synchronizes with Google’s services, including calendar, Gmail (multiple accounts can be synchronized), Google Drive and Google Contacts. In fact, all data created by users in Moo.do is automatically s tored in Google Drive. The goal is to provide an integrated system where all event management tools can be obtained from the same interface.

To simplify the transition from other organizational systems, Moo.do can import data from various other applications, including Google Tasks, Todoist, IQTell, Trello, Workflowy or Wunderlist. In addition, you can open the Evernote link in Moo.do.

Take time to get used to the app

After startup, an outline document containing some basic controls will be displayed to the user. They realized that Moo.do uses tags to organize information and provided them with instructions on how to create new titles and new tasks in the document. A short video tutorial is also provided, and users are advised to take some time to watch it to understand what Moo.do can do.

Organize data in interactive panels and panels

All the information that the user intends to store in Moo.do can be neatly organized in different panels, which are actually independent sets of panes. One person can use multiple types of panes, including outlines, calendars, archived documents, Gmail panes, and Google Drive sections.

The interesting thing is that these panels can be interactive. For example, a user can drag and drop an email to the “Outline” panel, and the email will appear as a link that allows you to click to access the content of the message. Therefore, the outline is a place for all upcoming tasks and important events that should not be forgotten.

Integrated email client and reliable task manager

When Moo.do syncs data to Google, users can view their cloud content and read their emails from a dedicated panel. And, although this application is far from a full-featured email client, it does allow writing and sending emails with attachments and links.

In addition, Moo.do enables users to create to-do lists with additional notes, putting everything in one place. Tasks can be prioritized and synchronized with Google Calendar automatically.

As expected, Moo.do also has an alarm system that detects the date and time of an event and displays notifications about the event on the screen.

Moo.do allows users to organize their activities exactly as they wish, but it only synchronizes with Google’s services and no other similar providers.
