Robot Intern is a simple utility designed to automate some of the repetitive tasks you perform on your computer on a regular basis. The program offers a minimalistic and intuitive interface that allows you to automatically manage files and trigger actions when you’re not working or using your PC.
Support file management, sending mail and ODBC database operations
You can set up your first mission by accessing the plus button in the upper right corner. A new window opens that lets you choose between tasks, triggers, and chores, the latter of which are available as soon as you add an action.

You’ll be happy to know that the tool works with a variety of applications and files, namely Excel, Access, Word, various email clients, ODBC databases, and custom scripts. As a side note, since the program doesn’t include the ability to generate scripts, you’ll need to import it from another third-party application.
Among the things you can do with this application, you can calculate recalculate Excel workbooks, copy, move and delete files and folders, replace Word document text, transfer ODBC database data to text files, split or merge PDFs documentation, run VB, Python and R scripts, lock, restart and shut down computers, and more.
