One-time configuration through a simple wizard
In order to make things as simple as possible, SimpleSYN Standard welcomes you to provide a startup wizard that allows initial configuration of the server or client. As you might imagine, SimpleSYN Standard must be installed on all network workstations that you want to keep in sync.
The wizard enables you to select the desired Outlook profile and choose between the server and client configuration of the host PC. To connect the client to the server, you must enter the automatically generated server ID and password during client configuration.
Outlook synchronization in the background
SimpleSYN Standard runs in the system tray, allowing you to launch its main interface from the right-click menu. You can view the synchronization status and manage possible conflicts from a well-structured intuitive window. Unlike SimpleSYN Business, Standard does not include content filtering.
The settings of the application can be tampered with so that you can modify the Outlook profile for synchronization, switch to client or server mode, change the server name and connection password. In addition, you can instruct SimpleSYN Standard to synchronize IMAP folders, but this option requires you to restart the application.
Sync your Outlook folders easily
SimpleSYN Standard brings an efficient Outlook synchronization system, which can work through the local network, whether it is LAN, WLAN or VPN, which is different from the Business version, which also supports Internet and cross-network synchronization.
After the configuration is complete, it will run in the background and will not interfere with your work. Therefore, if the folder is modified, the Outlook data will be updated automatically without you having to perform much operation.
notes: Each computer on which SimpleSYN Standard is installed requires a separate license (you need two licenses to synchronize between the two computers).
