There are many applications you can use to ensure that the contents of a folder are copied to another location without requiring much effort on your part. Free file sync is one such utility.

You can easily add folders to work on using drag and drop, or browse to their location manually if you prefer. Additionally, you can even connect to online storage accounts, namely Google Drive, SFTP or FTP.

Depending on your needs and preferences, you can choose one of your favorite synchronization methods.
