On the other hand, GoodTask can only display events in your calendar: you cannot use it to create new entries.

In the main GoodTask window, you can choose to view the to-do items for the current day, week, or month. Of course, you can also navigate to previous or upcoming time periods.

In addition, you can organize entries into different folders or let them sort automatically in a smart list.

When creating a new entry, GoodTask enables you to set due dates, event locations, assign priorities, and comments detailing the task. Some of these parameters are used as the default sorting criteria.

GoodTask extends the basic calendar and reminder functions to provide a more comprehensive solution when organizing and managing upcoming tasks.

The utility uses the notification center to remind you of the upcoming deadline, and you can use iCloud to synchronize the GoodTask database to all your devices.

It is worth mentioning that GoodTask brings many sorting options, including the possibility of using tags to automate tasks.
