However, Windows-based systems have not yet gained popularity, but this may change.

While creating a live sound effect isn’t entirely possible, the potential for musical experimentation is still very real. The fact that both Native Instruments Kontakt and Guitar Rig have become staple components of a musician’s computer audio workstation indicates that there is money to be made in developing home recordings that incorporate guitar sounds.
