The Mac environment is designed to make full use of keyboard shortcuts, but very few people know exactly how to use them. Just hold down the CMD key, and after a few seconds a list of shortcuts will appear in the foreground. The window appears after a few seconds and sometimes I found it took a while to respond, usually it responded quite quickly.

The shortcuts are organized into categories, such as Dashboard and Dock, Spotlight, and Front Row. Once you’ve used KeyCue a few times to find the shortcuts you need, you’ll soon have them memorized. There are several options and preferences, such as theme and viewing style, but there aren’t enough themes to choose from.
