Mail Merge Toolkit is a powerful add-in for Microsoft Office 2002 (XP), 2003, and 2007 designed to extend the email merging capabilities of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Publisher. Allows you to insert data fields into subject fields, add attachments, send emails in GIF, HTML, RTF and text formats. When sending GIF messages from MS Publisher, HTML links can be assigned to image areas (image map technology). The Mail Merge Toolkit mail merge is practically the same as the standard merge, but it gives you more options and is more reliable in operation. It does not cause false responses from the security system and is specially coded to avoid security requests, it is possible to cancel the sending, the number of messages already sent and messages to be sent are displayed in the information window of the mail merge toolkit.
