Banka Poštanska štedionica, ad, Belgrade has introduced a new mobile financial service that allows:

• View balances and transactions on all accounts
• Payment of all bills (electricity, telephones, taxes, info station, nursery…)
• Internal fund transfers
• See all cards – debit and credit (details, transactions, liabilities)
• Check exchange rates
• Receive useful information (contacts, news, announcements)

The mobile bank offered by Banka Poštanska štedionica, ad, Belgrade is extremely user-friendly and comes with several advantages:

• Supports all operators and networks (Telenor, MTS, VIP, WiFi) and works in roaming
• Gives full control over your personal finances
• Saves time as payments can be made on the go – anywhere anytime, regardless of office hours, and a great solution when a computer is not available
• There is no need to carry a separate token with you – everything is in the application
• Only a PIN code (created by the user) is required

Safety: The mobile banking service provided by Banka Poštanska štedionica, ad, Belgrade is completely secure because:

• To start the application, a PIN code created by the user is required and known only to them.
• The application is protected against copying and installation on other phones; the link and personal identifier for application installation can only be used once. Once the app is installed and customized, they cease to be valid.
• An application linked to a client’s account can only be installed once on one mobile phone; it is not possible to install the same application linked to the same account on two different mobile phones.
• By downloading the mobi-bank app, a software token is installed that ensures complete work security.
• If the personal application is accidentally left open and unused for 3 minutes, it will automatically close.
• The application is locked after entering the wrong PIN code five times in a row (redistribution is required – reinstalling the application).
• Data sent related to accounts and PINs is not stored on the mobile phone.

Loss or theft of mobile phone: In the event of loss or theft of your mobile phone, you must immediately inform the Bank branch. Your app is secure because the person who finds your mobile phone will not be able to access it as they do not know your PIN. Therefore, it is important to keep all PIN codes and passwords safe and not disclose or make them available to others.
