You can start by placing your first separate atoms or by creating bonds. In each case, you have to provide the correct chemical formula, position and also select the hybridization type.

Each atom is colored differently, and you can also make them rotate in different ways. The program also comes with many prebuilt molecules models (such as acetone, benzene, butane, ethanol, ethylene, methane, propane, and even water), which you can modify according to your needs. You can even change the way the molecules are displayed, by modifying the various visual parameters of the interface.
