multi-library (formerly known as Pico) is an all-in-one macOS application that lets you create a database of any collection, such as books, music, movies, products, and more. You can enter various information organized into multiple tabs: author, title, volume, language, manufacturer, first/last name, etc.

Set custom tags for any library you create

Depending on the type of library you want to create, you can add different tags to your collection, which appear as the names of the different columns. As expected, you can sort the information in a column by clicking on the corresponding tab name.

Entering data is very simple. Just click on the plus icon and it will bring up a panel where you can enter the details of your project. Before entering items into your library, you can store predefined values ​​that can be used to describe the items (for example, you can enter genre and editor when creating a book collection).

Additionally, basic and advanced search functions exist. First, you can use the basic search feature, which allows you to browse items beginning with a specific letter. Second, you can use the search box at the bottom of the window, which offers features like case matching.

Among other things, multiLibrary enables you to choose the default way to sort the collection at startup: by author or title. Additionally, there are various appearance settings that allow you to choose the color of the normal pane frames, labels, and lookup panes.
