There is no need to install OutlookAttachView as it will start and run as soon as you double-click the main executable file. But before displaying its main window, the application prompts you to configure mailbox scanning options.

At this point, you can select the Outlook profile you want to use (or choose the default profile) and filter messages by creation date. For example, you can configure the application to scan only messages created within the past five days.

Scan results can also be filtered by attachment size. In other words, using OutlookAttachView, you should be able to find messages with large files attached in your mailbox.

Other conditions include message direction (incoming or outgoing), status (read or unread), file type (supports DOC, DOCX, and TXT), subject, and other conditions related to folder name, path, etc. You can even configure OutlookAttachView to scan only messages with specific strings in selected fields.
