This specific application is included by default in the Advanced PBX Data Logger package. However, it can be tested by anyone with the limitations listed on our website, and its full version is only available for users who purchased Professional or Enterprise licenses.

PBX Reports is designed to help users improve their workflow regarding customer services by offering them a quick and hassle-free way of building reports for multiple sites, departments, and divisions.

One of the main highlights is represented by the app’s 20 pre-defined reports which can also be edited and tweaked to fit one’s specific needs. For instance, it can be used straight out of the box for traffic analysis reporting and call center reporting.

In addition, PBX Reports can enable users to calculate the cost of every call for its corresponding report. Even better, it can be programmed to automatically send reports to administrators via email, and it also allows users to build and view reports from remote workstations.

It’s also worth pointing out that the app is capable of rendering graphics and histograms representations based on the call data. Last but not least, the reports in question can be exported to either to PDF or Word formats.
