Thanks to PhoneLog, you can keep track of who you’re calling, for how long, and what the conversation is about. It proves useful when talking to financial institutions, utility companies, or any other business where you need to keep a record of simple discussions.

PhoneLog comes with a clean and intuitive interface, from which you can easily view a list with all previous calls on the left panel and more details about the selected call on the right panel. All fields in the Call Details panel can be edited with just a few keystrokes.

What’s more, a built-in search form helps you filter the displayed call log and find a call in seconds. In addition, you can sort the call list according to different criteria such as “who”, “when” and “priority”. You can also view the list in descending or ascending order.

Every time you add a new call, you can select a person or company you have spoken to from your contacts list, start a timer and enter the name of the person you have spoken to. Best of all, you can set topics for discussions and tag your conversations with user-definable categories.

Additionally, you can use the Notes panel to jot down summaries of your phone calls and create calendar events or tasks with just a few mouse clicks. Your notes can contain links to different files or emails, and you can also set priorities for each call.
