Receipt Designed to help you manage and organize the invoices you receive in an efficient way: you can import documents and the utility will try to automatically detect the amount, convert it to a reference currency, and sort it by provider or category.

Keep all invoices under one roof and organize them in the library

Receipts immediately generates a library database and prompts you to name it and specify an output location. Note that Receipts comes with a library manager to help you easily switch between archives.

The next step is to start importing invoices: you can load the files individually, or allow Receipts to add all documents contained in a specific folder.

For convenience, Receipts comes with a monitoring feature that automatically imports new files from the monitored directory. However, you still need to manually check each new import.

Quickly see the amount of each invoice and sort it by provider or category

Receipts offers you the possibility to define invoice providers and groups, and each time you import a new document, you can assign them to any entry. So you can effortlessly track receipts related to individual items, specific companies, and more.

On import, Receipts gives you options to assign dates to documents, set invoice amounts and taxes, and store text notes. To simplify the process, Receipts tries to extract this information from the document, but you can also manually adjust the values ​​before confirming the import.

Receipts can also automatically convert invoice amounts to reference currency, generate reports and process user-defined VAT rates.

Invoice management solution that can handle image, PDF or email data

In summary, Receipts presents a well-organized space where you can quickly import invoice reports, such as image files, PDF documents or emails, and sort the entries by different criteria.

Still, the Receipts project is still in its early stages, so some features may not work as expected. During our testing, we were unable to generate charts or rename the Provider and Category items included by default.
