rockstar.wadtool is a pretty self-explanatory name. It is an application created for extracting .WAD files specifically for the Rockstar Games console versions of Max Payne and Warrior. As to why you might want to check them out.

So, I concluded that for such an application to be considered useful, it needs to have a clear plan in terms of what it is trying to achieve, and also some programming knowledge in order to utilize these extracted dependencies, even for documentation purposes.
