Structure is a plugin meant to help you manage Jira projects and teams more effectively, using issue hierarchies presented in an intuitive spreadsheet format. These structures also offer other organizational tools and can contain folders.
Structures can be created manually or via automation, and issues can be arranged within them in a hierarchy. They can come from any number of Jira projects, and you have complete freedom in how they are organized, on any number of levels.

Template wizards are available, and they make it easy to set up your first structure. You can also start with an empty one if you prefer. Automation relies on generators, rules that determine which issues are shown and where they are placed within a structure. When you open Structure again, generators are re-run and can update the structure based on any updates made to your project.
There are lot more features that help you manage projects more efficiently, the idea being to quickly give you a general idea of how things are faring, while also letting you micromanage where necessary.
