If you just want to manage your personal schedule and notes, the free version is enough and you can ignore the sharing features and integrations you don’t need. The app’s minimalist design makes it ideal for this purpose, and the user interface isn’t cluttered with advanced features you don’t use.

But if you really want to work with a team, Superlist has you covered. It allows you to share lists and collaborate with others, and supports integration with Slack, GitHub, Linear, and Figma.

Superlist is designed with great care and feels great to use. Small details like the drawn dividers add a bit of charm, and it’s impressive that quite a bit of functionality has been squeezed into such a minimalist package.
