Tablature, or tablature, is often used to share songs by providing instrumental fingerings rather than notation scores. This technique is often employed when dealing with stringed instruments.

The best part is that the app is compatible with other popular editors such as PowerTab or GuitarPro: this allows you to share your score with others, regardless of the operating system or editing application they use.

To get started, you must decide whether you want to create a guitar or bass score, and then specify the guitar tuning. In addition, you can adjust the fingering staff line spacing and font size, or the font size of chord names.

Song fingerings are edited in the app’s main window, but Tablatures offers extensive editing options via small panels placed around the sheet editor. This way you can change note duration or accent, add tempo markers or floating text, choose chords from a chord dictionary, and more.

Add the lyrics of your song to the score and place it on top of other scores

In addition to the actual score, Tablatures also allow you to store additional details about the current project through the File Info panel.

Here you can specify whether you’re working on a song or lesson, add a title and artist, enter release and creative information, details about performance descriptions or lyrics. This will give you a complete overview of your current job.
