Task It is an intuitive cross-platform macOS application designed to help you collaborate with colleagues or friends in real time while creating notes, checklists and outlines.

After logging in with the account you can create through the first screen of Taskade, the app shows you a simple interface divided into two parts, with your group on the left and the checklist on the right.

Built-in templates let you get started immediately

If you need to create a new note, list or outline, all you need to do is click the “New List” button in the upper right corner. Taskade allows you to start from scratch, or you can use one of the bundled templates, which covers everything from weekly task lists to project roadmaps and team review checklists.

Unfortunately, although Taskade allows you to use templates, it currently cannot save any of your lists as one for future use.

Taskade focuses on helping you create easy-to-read and custom-looking lists using text formatting and list styles. In addition, you can use #tags to quickly find related tasks in the same list with a single click.

Collaboration function for online brainstorming sessions with your team

As mentioned earlier, Taskade also has real-time team collaboration capabilities, which means you can start brainstorming meetings with your friends or colleagues, and share your lists using email, various social services, or embed them on your website .

Unfortunately, the Taskade application does not support adding file attachments to your list, and you do not have the team permission option to assign roles to your team members.

However, according to Taskade’s FAQ page, the Pro version is currently under development, which contains most of the features currently lacking in the standard version.

All things considered, you can successfully use Taskade to ensure that you are always on track when working with your team on projects.
