Express Rip Free CD Ripper does exactly what its name suggests. This is software for extracting audio from your CDs and converting them to digital audio files like MP3s and the like. It is designed to do one thing and it does it very well.

The interface looks good, is intuitive and easy to use. Easy to understand Iconic icons put key features front and center. The software automatically connects to music databases and identifies the tracks and albums these tracks come from, making managing audio files incredibly easy.

Express Rip Free CD Ripper can rip CDs using default settings, and if you’re short on time or just want to rip your music, then it does a great job on its own. It will take care of all copying, converting, encoding and decoding your music and other audio files directly to your hard drive with little effort.

The software uses direct digital extraction to ensure there is no loss of audio quality when ripping audio, and users can also fine-tune the process by correcting and adjusting the volume of tracks before the ripping process begins. The actual copying process is just as simple. for example by placing a CD in the tray and letting the program do the rest. The Express Rip was able to rip everything we threw at it quickly and painlessly. (20 CDs) and gave us a choice of 21 formats to save our test albums. Of course, most users will probably choose MP3 as the default, but it’s always nice to have a wide range of options.

Overall, Express Rip doesn’t have a lot of features, but that’s a good thing and only adds to its appeal. It’s also one of the reasons we really like it. One of the purposes is to rip CDs to digital audio, and that’s what it does, unlike many other similar programs.

However, the important thing is that it has all the features you need if you want to take music from a CD and transfer it to a computer or other device such as a smartphone or dedicated music player.

To be honest, we can’t recommend this software enough, although the fact that anyone under the age of 21 thinks of CDs as something “old men” from the 20th century use made some of us in the office feel old and angry, in equal measure.
