While PhotoPad Image Editor can take care of all the basics of image editing and manipulation, it’s by no means Photoshop, but then again, it never claimed to be. The interface is simple with clear icons located on the basic toolbar in the main editing window. It has all the basic editing tools within easy reach and allows you to apply some nifty effects without any special knowledge.

PhotoPad’s image editor doesn’t have the sheer number of features found in most professional imaging tools, and despite being a fairly basic image processor, it consumes a moderate amount of system resources.
