Gimp is another free editor. Since it is open source, everything in it is free. It’s more complicated than Picsart, but Gimp has all the tools you could ever want to make the best photo.

Photoshop is a paid program; however, this is the industry standard for how great photo editing software should always look. It’s sleek and easy to use once you get the hang of it, and it doesn’t glitch like Picsart.

Normal option

As a free photo editor and collage maker, Picsart is not the best option due to poor design and slow speed. However, it offers a large number of editing features that should meet the expectations of those who want to learn more about image retouching. This is a significant option as a photo editor.
