Bills defensive lineman Ed Oliver is the last NFL player to run into trouble this season because he was arrested on Saturday night in his hometown of Houston and charged with drinking and driving illegally wearing a armed.
Oliver is being held at Montgomery County Jail after being held on State Highway 242.

Oliver, 22, was driving with "an open beer between his legs" and "looked nervous". A Montgomery County MP administered a sobriety test, but Oliver failed, although the MP said he thought Oliver could have been affected by something other than alcohol. A search of his vehicle revealed a firearm but no drugs.
After failing the test, Oliver was transported to Kingswood Hospital for a compulsory blood test, and then taken to Montgomery County Jail, where charges were laid for drunk driving and illegal carrying of a firearm.
Police received a call to 911 regarding Oliver's improper conduct just before 9 p.m. Another driver reported on Saturday that a white Ford Superduty pickup truck towing a trailer with a "dune buggy" was heading west into the National Highway 242 construction area and "was not maintaining a lane and I was driving dangerously through the construction zone at 45 mph. "
"We are aware of the situation and are gathering further information," the Bills said in a statement. "We won't have any more comments at this time."
Oliver was the ninth pick in the 2019 NFL draft and had a productive rookie season for the Bills last year with 43 tackles and five sacks.
